Provide service and support to agencies and program sites. Ensure operational support and technical assistance to members; coordinate efficient implementation of distributions/mobile services and other food access support programs, including scheduling. Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide feedback as necessary. Support successful execution of community events.


  • Support of agencies during shipping hours.
  • Provide member agency support and program administration. Act as an internal resource for agencies by linking them with appropriate resources and services within GCFD.
  • Communicate and assist in the referral and  technical assistance and training to member agencies
  • Provide agencies support for distribution services including work collaboratively with other GCFD departments including Community and Network Relations, Transportation, Operations, and Supply Chain to address service issues as they arise.
  • Responsible for keeping all member agencies files and related collateral up to date and in compliance.
  • Refer inbound client callers to appropriate food programs in their communities.
  • Work closely with the member development and compliance team in providing member agencies the necessary resources and support for capacity building.


  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelors degree preferred with relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative to seek opportunities for additional projects.
  • Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a certified food service certificate.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
