  • Overview

    The selected individual will be responsible for supporting and maintaining interactive web-based programs and database applications using a variety of program languages and tools.  Responsible for supporting key business software applications such as MS-Navision CERES4, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Luminate (Convio) and Office365 Suite, including SharePoint.  Will coordinate most project management efforts with internal staff to establish their requirements, develop project design and implementation plans, allocate IT and consultant resources, participate in design development, and be the point of contact for all project activities leading to the successful implementation of software application systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Project Management to design, build, support, and maintain key business applications.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and/or lead all IT training and User-Testing for staff.
    • Write specifications for applications and training materials.
    • Documentation of “How To” procedures and practices.
    • Develop skill of MS-SQL backend systems/databases such as MobileFrame.
    • Work with IT team and Users to create and modify reports using MS-Navision and Jet Reports.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Strong customer service skills required.
    • MS-Office 365 & MS-SQL proficiency required. Related certifications a plus.
    • MS-Navision (i.e. CERES4) and Blackbaud-Raiser’s Edge knowledge a plus.
    • .NET programming skills preferred.
    • 2-5 years experience in IT, project management required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
    • Proficiency with database reporting (i.e. Jet) a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of systems development lifecycles, software development techniques, and network infrastructures needed.
