Member of the Chicago's Community Kitchens (CCK) Team, supporting the production and packaging of prepared meals as well as the production of onsite cold/hot meals. Onsite catering includes hospitality management from intimate lunches to large scale catering for the entire organization. This role assists the Production & Catering Manager with administrative and supervisory duties as needed. Additionally, the Production Assistant executes a variety of directives in various areas of the kitchen.
- Assist with supervision and support of students
- Adhere and ensure compliance with HACCP and sanitation processes and procedures, assist in monitoring IDA compliance regulations
- Other duties as assigned
